  • 2 tbsp - oil
    1 viadlia onion & 1 Stalk of Celery
    1 container - spinach
    2 tbsp - Minced garlic
    1 Bottle - creole spice bottle
    1 carton - crushed tomatoes
    1 pound cod - cubed
    1 pound 26/30
    1 cup - white wine
    2 cups - vegetable broth
    1 box - near east garlic rice
      1. Heat oil in sauce pot

      2. Large dice the onion and celery and cook in the sauce pot for 3-5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for one minute.

      3. Turn heat on low, and add the carton of crushed tomatoes, 2 tbsp of creole spice, white wine, water, and vegetable stock.

      4. Bring this mixture to a boil then turn down to a simmer for 15 minutes. Add shrimp and cod (cubed) into the pot. 

      5. Cover for 10-12 minutes. 

      6. Cook rice according to the recipe on the box. (Approx 15 minutes)

      7. Add spinach, cover and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Serve and Enjoy.
